Two of Cornwall's most famous brass bands, Camborne and St. Dennis, join forces to present a concert in the Penventon Park Hotel in Redruth at 7.30pm on Sunday 23rd November 2014.
Since their origins in the 1800's, both bands have worked hard to maintain and encourage the continuation of brass banding as a community activity involving all ages. For many it becomes a way of life.
This concert brings the bands together again to reneact regular joint concerts performed in the 1970's. Musical Directors Kevin Mackenzie and Darren Hawken are keen to make this concert a success so that it can become an annual event.
