Christmas Concert at Crowan Church

Once again Camborne Town Band will be entertaining at the annual Christmas concert at Crowan Church.

As usual there will be mince pies and mulled wine available to enjoy whilst listening to all your Christmas favorites.

The bands new 175th anniversary CD will also be on sale.

For the very first time – 4 of Cornwall’s finest Brass Bands (Camborne,Roche Brass, St Austell and St Dennis) each showcasing their own concerts, then culminating in a Massed Bands Finale.

Tickets available from 25th November from the Hall For Cornwall Booking Office and online here priced at £11, £13.50 and £16 (price includes a £1 Theatre Fund payment).

Funeral of Jack Pascoe

Jack Pascoe was a long standing and well respected flugel horn player for the band from the mid 50's to the early 80's and was known for his quiet and modest nature and a pure flugel tone. 

Jack Pascoe's funeral will be at Penmount Crematorium in Truro at 11am on Friday 9th December.
